Eligible Orders and RFQs
Visitors build a one-Branch cart and submit. An Order is saved first, then your payment instructions appear. An RFQ (request for quotation) is saved with no payment step; you review the request in your dashboard and follow up with the customer.
Optional WhatsApp continuation
After an Order is saved, the customer can send the prepared summary to your own WhatsApp number. It is a message, not a payment or a confirmation.

You confirm payments, not the customer
A payment claim or a return from a UPI app never marks an Order Paid. Only an authorized person on your team confirms it.
WhatsApp uses your number
Continuation opens a prepared message to your own WhatsApp. Nichevio never messages your customers for you.
Statuses are explicit
A request is a request until you accept it. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment, and a saved Order is not a paid one.
Your address, your branding
Nichevio branding is removable from Starter. Growth adds one custom domain.
